This month, meet Rachael Elliott.
As a Nurse Practitioner at Onto, Rachael delivers comprehensive fertility care and reproductive hormone care to patients throughout their reproductive journey and beyond, from initial consultation through diagnostic workup, treatment, and early pregnancy.
Rachael works with patients from both the Chicago and Denver areas virtually, but she works primarily in the Hoffman Estates office.

Let’s pull back the curtain a bit further.
Why did you choose women’s health?
I became hooked on women’s health during my labor and delivery rotation in nursing school. Part of my initial interest was wanting to understand my own body, but I also love teaching women about the complexities of the reproductive system and helping them understand their bodies too.
What’s your most impactful patient moment at Onto?
I have seen many patients persevere through physically and emotionally grueling treatment. I am often in awe of my patients’ strength, and am deeply impacted by the grace so many women and couples demonstrate while going through treatment. The perseverance, hope and tenacity that I see in patients inspires me to deliver the best care I can, and it also inspires me in my personal life.
